These terms apply to techneck.ie and to visits arranged through it. techNeck is a trading name of [legal name], Belturbet, County Cavan, Ireland.

Content on this site is general information about desk-related neck, shoulder and upper-back strain. It isn’t a diagnosis or medical advice. If symptoms are severe, sudden, worsening or unexplained, seek medical advice.

A visit is confirmed once date, headcount and price are agreed in writing, including by email or message. Prices are as quoted and follow the Pricing page, plus any travel surcharge. [Prices include/exclude VAT.]

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a visit is limited to the fee paid for it.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
